Our commitment to quality is formalised through recognised European certifications. Every job is tracked and checked at every stage of production.
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification is one of OCVM’s major achievements. It guarantees that our subcontract fabrication work (machining, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting and bending) is controlled throughout the entire production process.
Thanks to this certification, our processes meet quality and management standards shared across Europe, giving customers the assurance of working with a reliable, well-structured partner.
UNI EN 15085
In 2019 OCVM obtained UNI EN 15085 certification, which attests to the quality of our welding processes and their compliance with the technical requirements essential for the railway and shipbuilding sectors.
UNI EN 15085 certification allows us to guarantee our customers welded joints that are strong, durable and able to withstand mechanical and physical stress without breaking or deforming.
Industria 4.0
Most of the machinery in our workshop is Industry 4.0 certified. Our production organisation has integrated advanced digital technologies, data analysis and intelligent automation to make production more efficient and connected.
Machines, people, information systems and products communicate with one another in real time, enabling autonomous, optimised process management.
