Oxy-fuel cutting
Cuts on plates up to 300 mm thick with automatic systems measuring 12,000 × 3,000 mm.
Plasma cutting
Cuts on plates up to 50 mm thick with automatic systems measuring 12,000 × 3,000 mm. Integrated bevel and drill unit
Bending
640-ton press brake with up to 6 m bending length.
Plate and section rolling
300-ton hydraulic plate roll, 3 m capacity…
UNI EN 15085 certified welding
Latest-generation welding machines with full process control for the railway and shipbuilding sectors.
Material Straightening
1 press, 3500×6000, 400 t. 1 press, 3000×1000, 300 t.
CNC machining
Milling and turning.
Handling and delivery
13 lifting systems up to 30 t and a 20-tonne Scania truck for direct delivery to the customer.
